One of the key assets of T&M Group is the creation of a production hub devoted to the implementation of new production scenarios to meet the continuous demands coming from the market. Set up within the framework of an investment plan which began in 2000 and is still ongoing, the production hub is unique in Italy thanks to the variety and completeness of the production lines offered. 

Due to the flexibility afforded by the continuous cycle production process, in operation all day every day, T&M quickly and efficiently fulfils all the requests coming from the market, meeting all quality and quantity requirements. 

The production area covers approximately 34,000 sq m and is furnished with the following equipment:

• extruders, welding machines and printing machines for the production of “biodegradable shopping bags, rolls of urban waste sacks, food wrap sheets, HD and PLT pouches for food use”, with an annual production of approximately 120,000 tonnes;
• PET, polypropylene extrusion and thermoforming machines for the production of “clear tubs and boxes for food”;
• extruders with line thermoforming machines for polypropylene and polystyrene for the production of disposable tableware;
• extruders with thermoforming machines in PET for the production of coloured disposable tableware;
• latest generation machines for making bread bags featuring microperforated panel in polypropylene, as well as printing machines and multiple roll cutting machines for food wrapping paper coated with polyethylene film.
